I think adding `debian/copyright` as `%license` is a better idea, as that file
actually contains the relevant license texts.

I guess I could, but then, it's a rather standard usage and I'm not a fan of
redundant comments.

Opened an issue upstream: https://github.com/davidjoffe/dave_gnukem/issues/211
In the meantime, changed the license tag from "GPL-2.0-or-later or MIT" to "MIT
or GPL-2.0-only or GPL-3.0-only" to better reflect what's in the
debian/copyright file.
