Aren't the two last lines of
https://github.com/jrlevine/grepcidr3/blob/main/LICENSE already good enough?

For me this translates to "BSD-2-Clause AND GPL-2.0-or-later" (because
"grepcidr" by Jem E. Berkes is GPL-2.0-or-later). Or am I overlooking
something?
