This release updates the RPM packaging to use weak dependencies for optional runtime helpers instead of hard Requires, which matches the way Trafix actually degrades when those tools are missing. It also includes the latest small TUI and documentation polish from the release branch. The package is built cleanly and the release artifacts are ready for review.
