Maybe I misunderstood those directives but the compilation fails on anything
that is not x86 or aarch64. Maybe it just needs BuildArch then.

The diff just shows rpmautospec changes which are done when building the
src.rpm with "fedpkd srpm". False alarm I would say.

I was unsure if it should be bazelisk or bazel because if in the future someone
packages bazel then it would conflict with this package. For this reason, I
would like to keep it as bazelisk and people can just use an alias if they want
it as bazel

I have removed the ExclusiveArch since that is not needed.
