You shouldn't update them in place. Normally you do the changes and commit them
and in the commit message which gets the changelog you descibe what you fixed.
So the reviewer can look at the changelog. When you import to fedora the
changelog with %autochangelog is gone anyway.

Then you create a new comment with the SPEC and SPRM url so the tools in place
can be used like fedora-review :-)
