I'm packaging this for Gajim, which transitioned from a weak python3-gnupg dependency to a hard python3-pysequoia one (see https://dev.gajim.org/gajim/gajim). Thanks for the hint about the packaging guidelines. I used python-rignore for inspiration, but apparently missed the license part.
