discovery convention.

This package is part of the ComplyTime organization:
https://github.com/complytime

NOTE: This package requires complyctl >= 1.0.0 at runtime.
A coordinated update to complyctl v1.0.0 in Fedora will be submitted alongside
this package via a multi-build Bodhi update, so both packages arrive in stable
repos together.
