Packages can set themselves to automatically start on boot, if they're strictly
necessary.  Most shouldn't though.

Macro expansion in comments as they're used in the config file generator here
is fine.

oh, delete the Required-Start and Required-stop lines.  Certainly opendkim
doesn't require itself to be started in order to start itself.
