There are two issues with libzipfile: 1. libzipfile compiled in both in adb and fastboot 2. libzipfile have ASL 2.0 license but fastboot is BSD So building at least libzipfile as shared library will eliminate its code duplication in adb and fastboot and made two binaries with different licenses.
