The spec file looks good now. I still don't like to the lua-devel==5.1.4 requirement. I'd say let's go with "lua-devel" and we see how that goes. Lua 5.2 will be a feature, so we'll notify Lua package owners anyway if we upgrade later. Please upload a new src.rpm file so I can run the formal review.
