I need it for perl-Module-Runtime, which in turn I need for perl-Module-Implementation (soon to be submitted). I have asked spot to update ExtUtils::ParseXS in EPEL-5 to a suitable version in Bug #788243. The version in EPEL-6 is sufficiently recent to build the module OK.
