pySVG is a pure Python library to create/load and manipulate SVG documents.
It's main use is to "code" svg images.

rpmlint gives a misspelling that can be ignored, and complains about the Source
URL. I'm using the zip inside the distributed zip because the full zip
contains an svg file that's CC-NC-BY, and thus not allowed.
