I think you misunderstood my question. There was a problem getting the ubuntu from the URL provided in the project, because of checksum error, so I decided to download it manually and I did set the iso_url to a local ubuntu.iso file on widows. Anyway I found that the checksum on ubuntu server was different from what excepted and found true MD5 checksum using MD5_and_SHA_Checksum Utility.
It works now !
