Hi all, Trying to use Packer to automate image creation for scientific research, i.e: new to packer :)
Created the image for ubuntu 16.04 using packer and booted that using qemu. It booted up properly for the first time. Then I deleted that image to reproduce the same thing. This time, Ubuntu is stuck on boot when trying to load it with qemu. It's stuck after displaying the line */dev/sda1 clean 12123/231243* Found out that this is a bug in Ubuntu 16.04 boot up due to graphics card incompatibilities. Wondering if any of you have encountered this with packers? if so if you've resolved it or not.
