By default, packer creates VM instance named 'image_name'. However our 
private cloud has more strict standard for instance name (e.g. dot(.) can 
not be used for instance name).

So is there any way to specify the instance name? I found the old post for 
this demand, and the workaround stated is using user_data or 
instance_metadata, but it does not work.
