I'm downloading raspbian and building it with qemu-system-arm:

  "builders": [
    {
      "type": "qemu",
      "iso_url": "https://downloads.raspberrypi.org/raspbian_latest";,
      "iso_checksum":
"8636ab9fdd8f58a8ec7dde33b83747696d31711d17ef68267dbbcd6cfb968c24",
      "iso_checksum_type": "sha256",

the "iso_url" is getting a .zip file, and I can't find a .iso link anywhere
on the internet.

Qemu-img tries to convert it to "raw" but in the output folder it's still a
zip:

$ file packer-qemu
packer-qemu: Zip archive data, at least v4.5 to extract

Is there a way to convert the zip file to a raw image before qemu boots it?

Thanks
