Hello All,
I have a quick question. I am using amazon-ebs to generate my AMIs.
However, there are artifacts that are generated during my provisioning
step; such as installing software `foo. I extract the version that was
installed in my soon to be AMI. I would like to know if there is any way
that I can use this data to add additional tags to my final AMI. Do I make
sense ? I noticed that alot of the tags definitions are done statically (
from my currently limited understanding of tagging in packer) but would
like to take output from some of my post-provisioners and use them as input
to create more tags.
Thanks !
