I am rephric, the one who opened a bug about the specific problem I am
encountering. I can run it from my local machine fine.
I also set these variables before running the packer build:
- export AWS_POLL_DELAY_SECONDS=30
- export AWS_MAX_ATTEMPTS=3000
- export AWS_TIMEOUT_SECONDS=3000
I am making sure I use the aws kms key name, not the full ARN.
