The log entries are only occurring then they should, so all is well on
that.

When PacketFence is restarted by init script or by `pfcmd service pf 
restart` it sends SIGTERM signals to all the packetfence daemon.

What you see here is standard daemon stop (or restart) log entry.

However, it should not 'constantly crash'. pfmon should always be 
running when PacketFence does.

# ps -ef | grep pfmon
root      7369     1  0 Jan12 ?        00:00:00 /usr/bin/perl 
/usr/local/pf/sbin/pfmon -d
