Hi, Can anyone help me with DHCP Option 82 configuration on Cisco layer 3 switches?
I'm trying to see what I can make the switch add in option 82 to help us find rogue dhcp servers. So far I've enabled the option and I see only the switch's MAC and what I believe is it's ethernet port on the L3 switch doing the relay. > agent information (82): $VAR1 = { > 'switch' => '00:11:5c:2e:ca:00', > 'port' => 20, > 'vlan' => 0, > 'module' => 0, > '_subopts' => { > '1' => [ > 0, > 0, > 0, > 20 > ], > '2' => [ > 0, > 17, > 92, > 46, > 202, > 0 > ] > } > }; I would have liked more information ideally.. Is there a way to tell the switch to add more stuff?
