Note: François would be better placed to answer as he is the one who
implemented support for the DGS 3100 and 3200 in MAC-Auth in the first
place.

If there's a way to modify port-security configuration through SNMP and
you can get security violation traps with the MAC address of the user on
the port where port-security is enabled than you should have everything
you need.

Start by reading the developer's guide on 'supporting a new switch'.
Best is probably to modify the lib/pf/SNMP/Dlink/DGS_3100.pm file
directly. Inspire yourself from an existing module that does
port-security like: lib/pf/SNMP/LG.pm.

Do not hesitate to ask further questions on the -devel list or on IRC
(#packetfence on freenode.net).
