Hi, Liqiang
Within the project on github there is addons/packages containing the spec
file directory to your package in rpm
https://github.com/inverse-inc/packetfence/tree/stable/addons/packages
Additional: You'll need the documentation rpmbuild to create your rpm.
Recommend downloading the latest stable version of the site.
