There is config-file for rsyslog + restart to rsyslog daemon, which is
replaced on our test network with "better" syslog-ng by some good reasons.

/etc/rsyslog.d
/etc/rsyslog.d/packetfence.conf

Platform; Debian 8.8

installing:

packetfence                 7.2.0-1

...

Restarting rsyslog
Failed to restart rsyslog.service: Unit rsyslog.service is masked.

InRelease
