When I attempt to start httpd from the web GUI I get the following errors in
packetfence.log:

and when I issue the service packetfence restart or start commands I get this:

I know there are some other errors about dns and dhcp but I am trying to solve
the http problem first, unless they are related...but I don't think so.
Is there some preliminary v4 documentation available yet? I would like to read
through it to make sure I am not an idiot : )
