Yeah, I saw the announcement shortly after I submitted that (it apparently 
got stuck in our mail server or something :^().  Anyway, in 4.0.1, there's also 
a problem with changing VLANs. After a violation is turned off, it doesn't put 
the port back to the default vlan. I tip-toed through GIT and didn't see 
anything.  Ideas?  I put a more complete description of the problem on the 
Users list.
