I'm using PF 4.1 on Debian 7. 

Actually, it seems that when changing the configuration from the admin 
interface, the file switches.conf is updated, however the radius configuration 
is not, so the new switch cannot talk to pf freeradius until radiusd service is 
restarted. 

also, when adding/updating a route (in Interfaces menu), the network.conf file 
is updated, but the system routes are not, so we have to manually change the 
routes to reflect the configuration change. 

After a server reboot, however, the routes are correct. 

Tha't why I need to specify what are the minimum service restart that are 
required after such a change, to write down the appropriate procedure.
