I have to ask ... why not build a new box or cluster? Upgrading that many versions is going to be a challenge. Plus, according to the upgrade doc, you cant upgrade to PF7 or beyond running CentOS 6 or Debian Wheezy.
So ... a rebuild may be your only option.
