Hello, I'm facing the following issues with a brand new install base on Packetfence 10.3.0 based on rpm package and ZEN (Zero Effort NAC):
1) Impossible to login with a new user credential I created a new user account (exemple admin) but it's impossible to login with a new user credential. The new user account is in default tenant with access level set to "ALL". But i got the following error message when i tried to login with the new credentials: Wasn't able to authenticate those credentials. 2) Impossible to create a new user account in global tenant I tried to create an admin account in global tenant with Access level to ALL. Set of Actions : · Tenant ID = Global · Access level= ALL Checking Check if the user account is not settled as we expect. So can anybody help me by describing step by step how to create an admin account in the global tenant ? Also , is it possible to Tenant ID to an user account ? If the answer is yes, how to do it ?
