Hi there,

I'm testing PacketFence ZEN, fresh install, 1 Aruba switch, one Windows client,
MAC auth.

Configured the switch, Role, and the node.

Auth work's as expected, vlan got set at the switch and the clients comes
online.

In PF Nodes, the client is shown as online (green) but no IP is shown.

At the same time I get the following message in packetfence.log

User pf cannot connect: unable to connect to database: Access denied for user
'pf'@'localhost' (using password: YES) at /usr/local/pf/lib/CHI/Driver/DBI.pm
line 28

SQL access works via cli:

root@packetfence:~# mysql -u pf -p

Enter password:

Type 'help;' or '\h' for help. Type '\c' to clear the current input statement.

MariaDB [(none)]> quit

Bye

root@packetfence:~#

How can I fix the issue?

Best regards
