Looks like that was it! I used a simpler password and it went through. It 
didn't have spaces but it had other than regular special characters (^). I've 
got everything running now and its working great!

(password contains characters not save to use in shell like spaces)?

If you want to try the failing command on cli to debug the issue further you'll 
find it here:

/usr/share/doc/python3-impacket/example/addcomputer.py

For building the docker container running impacket-addcomputer the above python 
script is symlinked temporary into /usr/local/pf/bin 
(/usr/local/pf/containers/pfperl-api/Dockerfile).
