Hello there,

Urgent and mailing support is not very compatible. If you require urgent help, 
you can contact us to have a Support contract.

It could be a credential issue or DB issue.

You can try to create a locale account and see if it works.

Create a local account on the CLI:

htpasswd -c /usr/local/pf/conf/admin.conf USERNAME

Put the password twice, try to log in again.
