In my packetfence 9 I use the configuration below:

ldap {
        server = 'data'
        identity = 'data'
        password = 'data'
        base_dn = "data"
        update {
                control:NT-Password     := 'sambaNtPassword'
        }
}

in the end of my file at: /usr/local/pf/conf/radiusd/eap.conf
but this same configuration is not working in packetfence14
