Hi All, I'm trying to setup WiFi WebAuth for guests using email-based registration.
I've followed what the documentation said. I'm using Packetfence 11 and Ruckus Virtual SmartZone. Everything has been setup according to documentation. But when the user tried to connect to SSID, it said connected, but no captive portal popped up. The user must open the browser manually and open some random sites so they can be redirected to the captive portal. What did I miss to make the captive portal automatically pop up after the user connected to the SSID without the user opening the browser manually and browsing some random sites?
