Hi,

I am encountering two critical issues with my PacketFence installation
(version *14.1.0*).

Firstly, as shown in the attached screenshot from my previous email,
several core PacketFence services are failing to start after executing the
command systemctl start packetfence. The affected services include:

   - packetfence-haproxy-portal.service - PacketFence HAProxy load balancer
for the captive portal. (appears multiple times)
   - packetfence-radius-auth.service - PacketFence FreeRADIUS
multi-protocol authentication server. (appears multiple times)
   - packetfence-httpd-portal.service - PacketFence Captive Portal Apache
   HTTP Server. (appears multiple times)
   - packetfence-radius-acct.service - PacketFence FreeRADIUS
multi-protocol accounting server. (appears multiple times)

Secondly, I am also experiencing an issue with accessing the PacketFence
web interface. When attempting to perform the initial configuration using
the admin user on https://<Your_Server_IP>:1443, after a certain period,
despite entering the correct username and password, I receive the error
message: *"We were unable to authenticate you."* Following this, I am
completely locked out and unable to access the web interface at all.

It seems there might be a fundamental problem with the PacketFence
installation or configuration that is preventing the services from starting
correctly and also causing authentication failures on the web interface.

Could you please provide guidance on how to troubleshoot these two
interconnected issues? I am available to provide any necessary logs,
configuration files, or execute commands on the server to help diagnose the
root cause.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Sincerely,
