Hello Ronaldo,

It’s a configuration issue, you eth1 is either a trunk or not.

If your registration VLAN is 102, you can as you said untag it at the VLAN 
level and get your communication. If for some reason you want to tag it, you 
will need to make sure that the eth1 is placed into a trunk and allow the VLAN 
102 to be tagged properly and then you can verify if you get it.

Use tcpdump:

tcpdump -I eth1 -e -n -v | grep vlan

You should see vlan 102 traffic.
