I am relatively new to PacketFence, but I have come to notice that the
reporting will tell the switch IP where a violation or MAC address is
connected. Is there any way to make this more descriptive, such as
adding a description field to the switches table for example? I wanted
to check if there was something in the works (or opinions,) before
adding such a feature and submitting the patches to the list.
It would also be nice to have an alarm/violation for MAC addresses that
which ports under predefined circumstances.
Like I said, I am just looking for comments before spending time
engineering it and contributing code.
