Hi Francois I have been succeed configure installing phpmyadmin on pf and log on to phpmyadmin, but why if PF service started then I wont able to log in to phpmyadmin console ? any idea ? coz it would be in-effective if I must stop PF service first before import mac-address csv file.

If you plan to import a lot of data in your DB, phpMyAdmin support the CSV format as the input documents. Maybe you can also try MySQL Workbench, the GUI provided by MySQL.
