One more important thing, even though not directly related to PF
installataion: ou have to install a supplicant for every Windows machine
in two cases:
1. you use a self-signed certificate instead of $350/year "wireless
certifiate" (a standard certificate with extensions honoured by
Microsoft's built-in supplicant) from Thawte or one of the "majors"
2. you use one-time passwords which cannot be used as a base for
EAP-PEAP authorization because PEAP uses a challenge-response scheme
(MSCHAPv2).
Macs and Linuxes work out of the box in both cases.
