Hi Fernando,

Are you able to do a snmpwalk on the device using the following line?
snmpwalk -c YOUR_COMMUNITY -v2c DEVICE_IP

I suggest you check that :
- Theres is no firewall issues from the PF servers and your device
- Review your SNMP configuration on your device to ensure that the 
community string is properly set
