Centos is the best distro for Packetfence to deploy it for your own
installation.
I run Packetfence trunk version on a gentoo box, that also works good with some
small patching. Packetfence is since 1.8 quite portable to all linux distros,
as long as your willing to spend some time in debugging some stuff, like the
apache2 config. Hardest task in any other then centos though is meeting all the
perl dependencies.

Subject: [Packetfence-users] Recommended Linux distro for PacketFence
Hello,
I am planing to install new version of PF 2.0.1 and like to know what would be
the best Linux distro and easiest choice for PF.
Other than that would it be ok to install it on either distro Ubunto or CentOs
64Bit version?.
Thanks
