Now fixed - found a misconfig in named-registration.ca

Basically, the registration webpage doesn't display - I just get 'page cannot be displayed'. httpd is running as I am able to access the administration web interface on the main network. I have done a tcpdump and can see the http packets reaching the server - but then nothing. I can ping the registration server address no problem.
