No we do not want to place Vlan information in the username.
We wanted to try and get this from the user object. For example the notes
field that every user in the packetfence database has. But this info does
not go into the custom.pm

Right now we are implementing a flatfile with username and vlan assignment
that custom.pm opens and reads.. But its not very nice.
