Adi,

PF is populating the node info based on a dhcp request ( os, computer 
name, IP )  and trap information ( last switch / last port or SSID )

tail the pf logs of while you're doing it, you'll see the exact 
workflow... ( tail -f /usr/local/pf/logs/packetfence.log )

2 solutions :
1- reboot each computer and leave the dhcp / SNMP trap do their jobs...
2- populate manually each field in the MySQL db !
