change the mode of your switch from production to registration or 
testing or simply, comment out the switch definition in PF to disable 
temporally one specific switch...

Or define each port you will use for this conference in an Uplink mode...

aka: ( switches.conf )
- testing: pfsetvlan writes in the log files what it would normally do, 
but it doesn't react on the traps, it does not change any VLAN.
- registration: pfsetvlan automatically register all MAC addresses seen 
on the switch ports. As in testing mode, no VLAN changes are done.
- production: this is the regular working mode; pfsetvlan sends the SNMP 
writes to change the VLAN on the switch ports.

CAUTION: If [trapping.testing] (see pf.conf) is enabled, PacketFence 
will consider that all the switches are in test whatever the working 
mode is !
