I had the same trouble in upgrading packetfence. The solution I've found is to set the NIC parameters like this :
BOOTPROTO=dhcp After changing that I can now find the eth1 in configurator.pl I hope it could help. One thing that I noticed is that if I did a template install I could not select my monitor interface. The interface in question is up, however without an IP. It is an easy fix to edit the config file after the fact but I found it weird that I was unable to select eth1 when running that script. Is that a bug or am I doing something weird?
