The out-of-band nature of PacketFence contradicts with such features. That said, if you have a small network or only one Internet end-point, you could put in place a special probe that would record that information. Pretty like we do with snort right now. There _must_ be an open source tool that does this already with a pretty UI. In any case, a simple proof of concept with a couple regular expressions on a copy of the Internet traffic (port monitor) wouldn't be too hard to do. However, be aware that you won't be able to inspect TLS encrypted traffic (https sites) unless you install your root CA on every computer and perform SSL/TLS bumping in the middle with certificates generated on the fly.. which is tricky business.
