Which Logs can I get for you.  I have upgraded and made the changes to the 
switches and still same result.  The 2960 throws the Violation.  If I do a 
tcpdump I see the SNMP come into packetfence, but nothing goes out of 
Packetfence.

I can't tell without more information (log files). I would think not.
