After it do you see one of the messages below? and if so which one.

a) "oldmac ($oldmac) and newmac ($srcmac) are different for $srcip -
closing iplog entry"

b) "oldip ($oldip) and newip ($srcip) are different for $srcmac -
closing iplog entry"

c) "UPDATE New node $srcmac ($srcip)"

It'll give me an idea of why it's there.
