Not that I am aware of for such an old schema. I haven't worked on anything older than 1.8 to be honest. But, in any case, it's very easy to figure it out. Install your favorite db admin tool (command line mysql, phpmyadmin, etc.) look at the schema and try to find a way to delete the entries you don't want anymore. last_arp or last_dhcp maybe?
