pfcmd person edit testuser

does not seem to work. It gives a Command not understood. (pfcmd
grammer test failed at line 227) The user testuser is not an existing
user. However pfcmd person add testuser works. So unless I am call
edit wrong I do not think that it adds the user if they do not exist.
